What You Need to Know
Thanks to valuable feedback from our Spring Focus Groups and the Library Satisfaction Survey, we’re making some exciting changes to enhance your library experience!
What’s Happening?
- Children’s Entrance Door: To improve safety and reduce noise, the Children’s Entrance will be permanently enclosed.
- New Awning Installation: We’re adding an awning at the front entrance to keep the doors functional even during heavy rain.
Both projects are funded by the American Rescue Plan Act and will begin in late January.
Important Dates:
- The library will be CLOSED on January 20 and 21 for construction.
- Additional closure days may be necessary if unforeseen issues arise.
How This Affects You:
- Returns: Book drops will remain available for returning items.
- Holds: Holds can be picked up at the drive-up window.
- Alternate Entrance: Starting January 22, please use the northwest patio entrance near the Sensory Garden to access the building during awning construction.
eAudiobooks, eBooks, and eMagazines are always available with your BPL card through the Libby and CloudLibrary apps.
