Teen Cherry Blossom Painting In-Person
The Japanese tradition of the cherry blossom festival, known as Hanami, is celebrated throughout Japan and in many other parts of the world. This festival typically involves hosting parties under the beautiful but short-lived cherry blossoms. Since our library doesn't have real cherry blossoms, we will be painting cherry blossoms and enjoying some festive treats instead. Attendees will also receive seeds and a flower pot to take home, while supplies last. This event is for ages 13 to 18.
