Healthy Heroes In-Person
Students in grades K-5 are invited to engage in the Healthy Hero Adventures taught by a trained EFNEP nutrition educator. This is a six-session course with each week having a different lesson focused on educating students in healthy food choices and physical activity. Lessons include physical activity breaks and healthy food tastings.
This is a six-week course with lessons every week from Wednesday, January 7 to Wednesday, February 11. Participants are encouraged but not required to attend every session. Geared toward kids in K-5. First come, first served.
